This project is a sportswear store located in a shopping mall, covering an area of approximately 200 square meters. The client requires the overall space design to match the brand tone with a high-end and minimalist visual style, while achieving efficient product display within limited space.

Maintain unified brand style (industrial style / minimalist style)
Optimize in-store circulation design to increase customer staying time and browsing efficiency
Separate stock storage area and customer shopping area to improve operational efficiency
Maximize the utilization of wall and island space to enhance SKU display capacity
Design Concept
Based on the store floor plan and shopping mall traffic layout, we optimized the overall customer access route. It enables a complete shopping flow of entry — browsing — selection — staying, effectively boosting product exposure and customer dwell time.
In terms of style, combined with the brand’s industrial positioning, gray and white are adopted as the main color tones. The unified display system and interior decoration enhance brand recognition and overall space texture.
Display Solution
We adopted a practical and reasonable combination layout:
Wall-mounted gondola shelving system: Make full use of vertical space to expand display capacity. Modular structure allows flexible adjustment and future expansion.
Central metal display racks: Highlight new arrivals and best-selling items, create visual focus and guide in-store traffic.
Functional zoning design: Clearly divide back-of-house stocking area and customer shopping area for better operational management and neat space layout.
