Our Production Process and Technology
Our production process follows a sequence of "Raw Materials → Sheet Metal Processing → Welding and Assembly → Fully Automated Powder Coating → Quality Inspection → Packaging and Shipping," with corresponding automated equipment and management methods configured for each step.
Using a fully automated CNC leveling line, coiled materials are leveled and cut to length into sheets.
Then, a CNC bending machine is used to fold the edges of the material, creating reinforcing ribs or edge banding structures to improve rigidity and safety.
Robot welding is used to perform spot welding and continuous welding on relevant areas.
Angle grinders and deburring machines are then used to grind welds and sharp edges, ensuring a smooth and safe surface before powder coating.
Then, the material enters an automated powder coating booth equipped with multiple reciprocating automatic spray guns to cover the front and back surfaces and edges of the sheet metal. The workpiece continuously passes through the powder coating area via a suspended conveyor belt.
Finally, it undergoes natural cooling or air cooling until the surface temperature drops to a safe range before being removed from the production line for handling and assembly.
